Our goal is to handle every maintenance issue in both a timely and efficient manner. If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Please use the following options to submit a maintenance request:

Routine Request: Request help with routine issues online through the tenant portal. Click the link below to log in to your portal and submit a new maintenance request. Describe thoroughly the problem and what you’ve already done to mitigate the problem, and include pictures when possible.

Emergencies: If you have a maintenance emergency due to a significant water leak or your home is uninhabitable, please call (336) 642 - 9973

*Please note, issues or damage including plumbing stoppages caused by the tenant's negligence or misuse is the tenant's responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but the tenant will be charged for the cost of labor and materials.
